How we use your personal data Your personal data or your donor information, if you choose to specify it in the donation form, is collected and stored in the system based on AWPI’s data retention policy or for a maximum of two (2) years for accounting and records purposes. When processing payment or donation transaction made via debit or credit cards, no personal or card information is stored, retained, or collected as they are processed realtime using strict encryption protocols. Your personal data, if it were specified in the donation form, will never be disclosed, shared, or sold to any third party service providers. Your non-identifying personal data are aggregated and anonymised, and collected as a statistical tool for us to know our organic site visitors, our site's generated traffic, and pages that were visited. None of these are shared in a way to contact or identify you. Your rights that we uphold Right of Information.. This policy’s declaration is a manifestation of your right of information. Right of Access. We store your information for as long as needed and necessary. Should you need to retrieve them, and if within our retention period, then we will gladly oblige.
